MUTED  OR  CHATTY

Hey guys , how are you ?!?!?  So today's topic is  MUTED OR CHATTY  .

Before going to the topic I would like to share you about WHAT IS A DORK ? Actually dork is a socially inept person according to google . According to me and this blog dork is a person who has many problems and weird situation , but still overcomes it . Yes , that's the main point of this blog " How can even a dork shine through " .

Coming to today's topic ... are you a quiet , soundless person or a chatter box .

Advantages of being silent :

• Lower blood pressure, which can help prevent heart attack.
• Boost the body's immune system.
• Benefit brain chemistry by growing new cells. ...
• Decrease stress by lowering blood cortisol levels and adrenaline.

So these  are some physical healthy advantages .We should share or communicate our feelings to others who you believe in, so you should not talk  unwanted things  to every people .....that will surely annoy them . My opinion is we can share our feelings .... but we should not speak much . That will assassinate our character .

Chat with your bffs  who you believe in . Never mind the healthy advantages of silence . Silence is a good thing ....but sometime if you don't communicate anything it would be a stress ...

So my idea is if you want to share something which annoy others , you better keep a personal  diary . I do that . A personal diary do not give any comments on our feelings .
