Tips for healthy online class routine
How's everything pals ?!?! This online class redid all of our routines. A healthy routine is vitally important . This post is all about a healthy routine to be followed during online classes. I am going to share some healthy tips that you can add on to your routine . Let’s get started !
1.Wake up early so that you are fresh while you start the online class . This makes your day productive .
2. Have a glass of warm lemon water in your empty stomach . It increases the body’s metabolic rate, boosts immune systems, and improves digestive health.
3. Work out as early as possible , at least for thirty minutes . You can start your day in an excellent mood.
4. Eat a healthy breakfast . Include high protein foods.
5. Set down your goals for the day . Writing down your daily goals break off your mind to wander in other places that aren’t productive.
. 6. Go for short walks to get fresh air . In an ideal world we would do some sports or go for some dance classes for exercising on a regular basis. In the current circumstance walking is easily the simplest and most accessible method.
. 7. Time management is essential. Try to stick to a normal schedule and do stuff when you typically would so you don’t get behind. Do eye exercises routinely . Give high – priority to your eyes .
8. Have some fun and creative time . Learn something new and do anything that energizes you
9. Have an easy and nutritious dinner
10.Sleep tight and peacefully. Have a beauty sleep .
We should always be cheerful . Motivate yourself in all the circumstances . There are many reasons to be happy .

DeleteNice advice π☺️ but I don't do anything in my daily routine nowadays π€£. But perhaps me tryπ. I wake up at 10 or 11 am during holidays and 8.30 during classesπππ. Truly to say, I don't do any exercises or don't have proper time management, don't set goals for a day, don't eat healthy food...... I only do everything in a improper way πππbut ok let me try some of your advice. Thanks!π

DeleteHey! This was really enlightening! I never knew about the warm lemonade... I usually only drink warm water. It also helps your neck if you want to be a singer. Yeah, we should take care of our eyes... carrots obviously help, but did you know that they contain NO calories? My little sis told me: they had that in her G.K class.
